Amendment 1

I thought that it would be important to look at the rights that our founders enumerated in our founding document.  Oddly enough the most secure are the most obscure like #3...

With so much talk lately about rights like the "right to healthcare" and the "right to education" this will be a daily look at our rights as the Constitution enumerates them and as our founders knew well rights are inalienable given by the Creator and not passed out by Presidents, Senators, Congressman or Judges.


Amendment I

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
